Grant Readiness Audit

The Purpose:The grant readiness audit assess your organization's internal preparedness for applying to and your ability to effectively track and report grants.

The Details: When you register for a Grant Readiness Audit you are asking for us to dive deep into your organization's methodologies in applying for and dealing with the grant's post-award work load. We will assess your compliance and infrastructure as it relates to your current IRS Status as a 501(c)(3), we will check your SAM.gov and UEI to ensure eligibility for grants. We will also look over a recent grant application you have submitted, if you have one, and provide feedback on how to increase your chances of being awarded in the future.

Next we will take a look at your Mission and Program overviews and help you find a way to synergize these to build stronger narratives that clarify your goals, target populations, and geographic impact area. Once that is clear you will be able to create not only strong narratives but impactful need statements that are data driven and make clear why your program budget is what it is. We will also look at your Letters of Support and Partnerships, if you have them. If not, we will provide a template that you can send to your partners.

Finally, we will provide you a strategic plan and action steps that will turn our findings in the audit into immediate progress for your organization along with 4 prospected and researched grants that your organization would qualify to apply to.

Cost: $500 due at time of scheduling
