Month to Month Retainer

Do you need someone who can handle prospecting, creating a grants calendar, proposal writing, setting up data collection, and grant reporting? I can do that! I offer tiered monthly retainer options for non-profits of all sizes covering all aspects of the grant pipeline.Â
Retainer packages all include end-to-end grant support pricing listed here is an estimation, final pricing will be discussed at meeting:

Tier 1: Basic Support - 15 hours per month, 1 non-federal grant per month, basic tracking and annual calendar - $1,200 / month

Tier 2: Full-Service Partner - 30 hours per month, calendar and strategy alignment, active prospecting research, writing and submitting 2 - 3 non-federal grant proposals per month, post-award management include designing data collection templates and completing quarterly and annual reports. $2,000 / month
​
Teir 3: Comprehensive Growth - 50 hours per month, complete management of all grants within your non-profit; major regional, state, or federal grant application submissions, full post-award grant oversight from building out data tracking solutions, report submissions, and ensuring compliance. $3,500 / month

Prospecting

Are you good to go on writing the grant, but need someone to prospect grants for you? Going through all those 990s and historical grant awards takes up a ton of time. Well, I can do it for you!Â
Cost: $50 per hour, 5 hour minimum
Grant Writing

You've found the grant, have the budget, but need someone to write a compelling narrative for you? I'm your guy. I will take your data, budget, and project mission and turn it into a narrative that will make those grant reviewers come knocking on your door!
Foundation / Family Trust: $500 - $1,500
Corporate / Community Grant: $1,500 - $3,000
State / Regional Grant - $3,500 - $7,000
Federal / Major Regional - $6,000 - $15,000+

Prices are offered in a range as grant complexity can vary greatly within these areas. Final costs will be discussed in detail.

Post-Award Support
Cost: $50 per hour, 5 hour minimum
You were awarded the grant, now you need to track the data and report it. I can help you set up a data reporting database for tracking and can help you submit your final report!Â
A Note About Pricing
I will never accept a percentage of an awarded grant. Doing so risks putting you out of compliance per 2 CFR 200 and goes against the Grant Professionals Association Code of Ethics. My fee structure ensures that 100% of awarded funds go directly toward your programs, while providing you with an experienced, dedicated professional that is focused entirely on high-quality technical writing.Â
