Retainer packages allow you to have an dedication grants professional working for you constantly, ensuring you have a constant flow of grant proposals outgoing and a person to help you manage them internally.

We offer 3 tiers of month-to-month retainer packages:

Tier 1: We call this the Grant Readiness and Pipeline tier. This is for smaller or start-up non-profits that are just beginning their work with grants, or for organizations that have a good handle on their grant pipeline, but need an extra set of hands. This tier offer 15 hours per month of hands on grant work including the prospecting and submitting of 1 non-federal grant per month, basic grants tracking in the form of an annual calendar and reporting reminders. 

Cost: $1,200 / month

Tier 2: This is our Full-Service Partner tier for those organizations that want to mostly hand-off their grantsmanship to a dedicated professional. You will get 30 hours of dedicated work per month including the creation of a grants calendar that is aligned with your organization's strategy, active prospecting, research, writing, and submitting of 2 - 3 non-federal grants per month, post award management that includes designing of data collection templates and completing quarterly and annual reports. 

Cost: $2,000 / month

Tier 3: This is what we call our Comprehensive Growth tier and is for organizations that want to completely hand over their grants department to us. We will manage and take on all aspects of prospecting, researching, and writing your grants for your business as well as the development of a database to hold your grant reporting data. We will also complete the quarterly and/or annual reporting of your grants.  This tier will get you about 50 hours of dedicated grantsmanship for your organization per month. 

Cost: $3,500 / per month

At all tiers we will also submit our grant proposal drafts to the Executive Director/CEO of the organization for approval prior to submitting any proposal. Each tier will also come with regular virtual meetings at the discretion of the individual organization. We are also happy to present our work at Board Meetings or to your teams in-person (depending on location) or virtually.
