Because there is no standarized grant application, the cost of our grant writing services is tied to the complexity of the application and the amount of data, budget, mission, and document collection that each grant application requires. However, we also do not want our cost to outweigh the benefit of your organization receiving a grant award, thus think of these price ranges as a minimum and maximum that we charge for our services.

In general, we aim for a $50 per hour rate with the simplest of grants taking a minimum of 10 hours of labor to write. This works out to the following breakdown for most grants.Â

Foundation / Family Trust: $500 - $1,500
Corporate / Community Grant: $1,500 - $3,000
State / Regional Grant - $3,500 - $7,000
Federal / Major Regional - $6,000 - $15,000+

As a reminder, we will never take a percentage of a grant award as payment for our services. This goes against the American Grant Writer Association's Code of Ethics and risks putting you out of compliance and can prevent you from recieving grants in the future
